Mr. Vat Kimly has graduated Bachelor in 2016 and Master Degree of Human Rights Internationa law in Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) in 2021. Moreover, he has graduated Civil Code training from Contribution of Law in 2020.

He has joined many legal workshops in various topics from 2018 to 2020. He has worked in Asia Law Office since 2015 to present.

He is a member of Junior Chamber International Cambodia, Toul Kork (JCI) and Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia, Kampong Cham (YEAC).He can use English and Khmer language both speaking and writing very well.
